Delete Your Kaam24 Account

KAAM24® is a registered trademark. Managed and operated by Webmoon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You can delete your Kaam24 account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to both customers and service partners.

Option 1: Delete in the app

  1. Open the Kaam24 app and log in with your mobile number.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you cannot open the app, email us at kaam24India@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98455 52292 from the mobile number registered with Kaam24. Write "Delete my account" and we will delete it after confirming that the number is yours.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, mobile number, email and profile photo.
  • For service partners: business details, business photos, price list, service area and verification documents.

What we may keep

We keep only the records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and transaction records. No refund is given for unused plan time or wallet balance.

Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. To use Kaam24 again you will need to create a new account.
