Strictly Non-Refundable
All plan and Contact Plan payments are non-refundable, except a duplicate payment made by a technical error (see section 8).
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to Service Professionals who buy plans and to Customers who buy Contact Plans on the Kaam24 platform.
2. Digital Service Nature
Our fees are charged for the immediate grant of platform access, digital visibility, and listing tools. As these services are provided instantly upon payment, they are categorized as consumed digital goods.
3. Lead Generation Disclaimer
Kaam24 provides visibility. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, or business revenue. Refunds will not be issued based on the quantity or quality of leads received.
4. Plan Upgrades
A new plan replaces the current plan once its payment succeeds, and the unused credit of the old plan lapses. Once a plan is activated, its payment cannot be reversed or adjusted.
5. Account Suspension
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as fraud or harassment), any remaining balance or paid fees will be forfeited without a refund.
6. Technical Issues
While we strive for 100% uptime, temporary technical glitches do not entitle users to refunds. We will promptly address issues but do not offer financial compensation for downtime.
7. Voluntary Cancellation
Users can de-register or close their accounts at any time. However, any fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
8. Payment Errors
In the rare event of a double payment due to a technical error in our system, we will investigate and, if verified, process a refund for the duplicate transaction only.
9. Third-Party Payments
Kaam24 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment gateway provider during the transaction process.
10. Right to Modify
Kaam24 reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the current policy.
