Welcome to Kaam24! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kaam24 mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”).
Important:
By accessing or using Kaam24, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1 Definitions
- “Platform” refers to the Kaam24 mobile application and website
- “User” refers to any person using the Platform, including Customers and Service Professionals
- “Customer” refers to users seeking services
- “Service Professional” / “Professional” refers to independent service providers listed on the Platform
- “Services” refers to services offered by Service Professionals
- “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Kaam24
2 Eligibility
To use Kaam24, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws
3 Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- Registration is required to access Platform features
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
- One individual or business may maintain only one account unless approved by Kaam24
3.2 Service Professional Verification
Service Professionals may be required to undergo verification, including:
- Identity verification (Aadhaar document)
- Skill or qualification checks
- Document submission
Kaam24 reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke verification at its discretion.
4 Platform Usage
Permitted Use
- Discover and connect with Service Professionals
- Offer services (if verified)
- Communicate through the Platform
- Submit reviews and ratings
- Access support
Prohibited Use
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate others
- Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Harass or abuse other users
- Bypass the Platform
- Scrape or misuse data
- Manipulate reviews or ratings
5 Nature of Platform & Role of Kaam24
Kaam24 is a technology-based listing and discovery platform only.
Kaam24:
- Enables Customers to find Service Professionals
- Provides digital visibility and communication tools
- Does not act as an agent, employer, partner, or contractor
Important Clarification:
- Kaam24 is not a party to any agreement between Customers and Service Professionals
- Service Professionals are independent third parties
- Kaam24 is not responsible for service quality, execution, pricing, or outcomes
6 Payments, Fees & Charges
6.1 Customer Payments
Kaam24 does not collect payment for services. Customers agree and pay for the work directly with Service Professionals, and all service-related payments, negotiations and disputes happen outside the Platform. Customers may buy optional Contact Plans in the app to contact professionals; Contact Plans do not expire.
6.2 Service Professional Fees
Service Professionals pay for plans. The plan price is available as credit for accepting enquiries and lapses when the plan ends. A plan runs for its stated period and may renew until you cancel; cancelling stops renewal and the plan stays active until its end date.
6.3 Non-Refundable Policy
ALL PLAN AND CONTACT PLAN FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, EXCEPT A DUPLICATE PAYMENT MADE BY A TECHNICAL ERROR.
